Subtitled "The Opportunity To Serve," this new student leadership and motivation DVD covers all of the traditional topics of Dr. Tim's trademark leadership presentations, but with the addition of a well done one on one interview between Dr. Tim and author/music educator James Jordan.  The clips are broken up by topic, allowing a viewer to easily skip from section to section.  The individual topics are grouped into three larger parts to allow a teacher to easily break up the information across multiple days or sessions.  The first two parts are of Dr. Tim going through various leadership topics.  The third part is of James Jordan presenting related and incredibly poignant information to his students.

At times the videography left a little to be desired, being left with views only of Dr. Tim's backside as he spoke and moved around.  The one camera facing him is off to the side and thus never really catches a good head on view of what is being said. Views of Dr. Tim writing on the whiteboard are often blocked by Dr. Tim himself.  These small caveats aside, the material and inspirational messages conveyed on the DVD are useful to any organization that wants to build a strong foundation of student based leadership.
