Quicktips for Music Teachers
Written by Chad Criswell
I am notorious for suddenly dreaming up a new idea or activity to use thirty minutes before class starts and then trying to do it that same day.  The results are usually dismal failures since I really didn't take the time to plan things out and prepare properly.  The moral of the story?  Don't change your lesson plans on a whim.  If an idea is good enough you can find a way to work it into the next day's lessons, but don't change the good plans you have already made to throw in something that is half baked.
