Make a worksheet that has information on it that you will cover during lessons and large group rehearsals during the next few weeks.  Have the students keep it in their folder and make a point to cover all of those questions several times within those few weeks.  Students should fill them in as they hear you talk about them and then turn in the worksheet at the end of the unit for grading.
