One of my favorite memories from college was singing O Come O Come Emmanuel with the Men's Chorus. The solemn, almost haunting melody that builds to an incredible ending that when done properly leaves the audience moved and touched. That is what good four part harmony can do. This arrangement on the other hand, is intended for solo beginners. I have arranged it to be playable by beginning musicians playing common concert band instruments such as the flute, clarinet, sax, trumpet, horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, or bells. It should be playable by most students in their first or second year of instruction. Enjoy!
